Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing ABA treatment programs, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct behavior assessments and design treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client
- Provide case oversight and ensure compliance with BACB standards
- Motivate and mentor Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to help them grow professionally and implement treatment plans effectively
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical standards and best practices
- 1+ years of experience in ABA, preferably with ASD
- BCBA certification, in good standing
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass a background and reference check
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment
