Job Title: Production Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to all users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve potential issues before they become major problems
  • Develop and maintain documentation to enhance system stability and performance
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the overall user experience
  • Work closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of new systems and technologies
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a technical role
  • Proficient in providing support, troubleshooting, and configuring system hardware
  • Expertise in troubleshooting Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, including Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Active Directory/AAD/Entra, Azure, DHCP, DNS, Exchange Online, and deployment of Windows Updates
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server & SQL Database Management
  • Experience working with a VMware vSphere environment
  • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of fundamental networking concepts, including TCP/IP, FTP, and routing
