Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to take on the role of School Director. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an early childhood educational setting.
  • At least 1 year of managerial experience, preferably as an Assistant Director.
  • Familiarity with state-specific licensing regulations, National Accreditation standards, and effective early childhood teaching and assessment methodologies.
