Position Summary:

The Mental Health Professional will provide high-quality clinical and psychotherapeutic services to patients and their families, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality treatment to patients and their families, aligning with the organization's treatment program and philosophy.
  • Oversee all aspects of clinical care and treatment, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions and treatment goals for patients.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure patient safety and well-being, developing clinically sound therapeutic interventions and treatment plans.
  • Conduct ongoing assessments and monitor progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Assist in the development of clinical programs and therapeutic interventions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and facility policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Foster a positive and therapeutic milieu for patients, demonstrating respect for colleagues, patients, family members, and external agency representatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction with clinical services, serving as a liaison with agencies or referral sources to resolve issues or concerns.
  • Report all serious occurrences and incidents, keeping agencies, internal managers, and family members informed of issues or problems involving patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: LMSW, LCSW, PLPC, LPC

Specialty certification is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of clinical work experience in psychiatric settings.
