Cash Flow Manager Job Description

Toyota Lift Northwest is seeking a highly skilled Cash Flow Manager to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the company's assets are properly accounted for, protected from risk, and collected in a timely manner.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable aging, coordinating dispute resolutions, reconciling customer accounts, processing invoices and statements, and reviewing credit applications. They will also be required to monitor the Receivables email inbox and respond to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
  • Coordinate resolution of customer disputes with various departments to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and review for accuracy to prevent discrepancies.
  • Process and distribute customer invoices and statements to maintain effective communication.
  • Monitor the Receivables email inbox and respond to customer inquiries to provide excellent customer service.
  • Review customer credit applications for creditworthiness to minimize risk.
  • Recommend approval or denial of credit to the Supervisor/Controller based on thorough evaluations.
  • Provide timely and accurate status updates and reports to management to ensure transparency.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) in a relevant field such as finance or accounting.
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience using computer applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access.
  • Strong communication, both written and oral, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and organization abilities to meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
  • Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus to work efficiently at a computer.
  • Sitting for long periods of time working in front of the computer with occasional walking on concrete floors.
  • Physically lifting and moving up to 30lbs. (on occasion) with the ability to use full range body motion.
