Leadership Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Shift Lead to join our team at Space Age Fuel Inc. This role is essential in ensuring that shifts run smoothly and efficiently, particularly in the absence of management.
About the Role:
This position requires strong leadership qualities, upholding company standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a positive attitude and steady workflow among employees, while prioritizing safety for both staff and customers at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and model all company policies and procedures at all times.
* Maintain a positive attitude and steady workflow among employees.
* Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and expectations without favoritism.
* Prioritize safety for both staff and customers at all times.
* Recognize and reinforce employees who embody the company's values and address those who do not.
* Communicate effectively regarding potential improvements and solutions.
* Train for three days on the morning shift to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
Core Duties:
* Complete the Shift List and Report; provide explanations for any incomplete tasks.
* Take control of the shift and ensure steady workflow, keeping all employees on task.
* Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
* Oversee cash register operations and ensure tills are properly managed.
* Implement break schedules for staff and ensure all inside employees are equipped with walkies for communication.
* Limit idle time and maintain focus on tasks to enhance productivity.
* Monitor and manage customer lines, providing assistance as needed.
* Report any issues to management promptly and seek support when necessary.
* Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Commitment to upholding company standards and values.

* Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
