Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist at Women s Wellness Place, a busy OBGYN office. The ideal candidate will be warm and positive, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, with competitive benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short-term disability, and 401(k). Experience with insurance billing is a plus.
Responsibilities include front desk reception, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, verifying insurance information, and ensuring smooth office flow.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience.
