Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Support Coordinator to join our team at Upstate University Hospital. In this role, you will perform various administrative duties under general supervision, including scheduling appointments, relaying messages, and requesting refills on patients' behalf. You will work closely with patients, physicians, residents, clinic staff, management, and secretarial staff to facilitate efficient communication among all parties.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Relay messages and communicate with patients, physicians, and staff
  • Request refills and process patient information
Requirements:
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Two years of administrative/office management experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
