Complete Home Health Services, Inc. is hiring a skilled Healthcare Office Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our home healthcare agency.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have prior experience in home health, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong attention to detail. They will also possess knowledge of medical terminology and be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
  • Process and manage agency documents, including faxing and scanning
  • Enter medical information into our electronic medical records software
  • Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure timely services
  • Support the insurance prior authorization process
  • Maintain accurate HR records, including staff credentialling
  • Perform other office tasks as assigned

Our estimated salary range for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 per year.
