Client Support Coordinator – Family Resource Center

Jenesse is looking for a dedicated Client Support Coordinator to enhance our Family Resource Center (FRC) team. The selected individual will play a crucial role in assisting various departments within the FRC, working closely under the guidance of the Site Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Director with daily operational tasks
  • Monitor and engage with children in the childcare area
  • Assist in the execution of weekly food distribution programs
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and telephone communications
  • Oversee reception area responsibilities
  • Organize meetings and maintain the facility's schedule
  • Engage in training workshops and team meetings
  • Carry out additional assigned tasks as required

Qualifications:

Candidates must have a high school diploma. Experience in customer service or community engagement is advantageous. Applicants should be drug-free, refrain from alcohol abuse, and be comfortable in a smoke-free environment.

Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000
