Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Multi-Color Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities- Adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform entry-level manufacturing tasks and train to take on more advanced machine operating responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in printing or manufacturing is a plus, but not necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
