As a Caregiver, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other memory impairments.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
  • May also include keeping proper care records and reporting any changes to the nursing team

Requirements

  • Loves people and has compassion and patience
  • Is a quick learner and able to read, write, and speak English
  • Values a neat and clean appearance
  • Is able to work as a member of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Personal or professional experience as a caregiver or caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or another debilitating illness

Sign-on Bonus

We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions The first half is paid out after 3 months of employment, and the remaining 50% is paid out after 6 months of employment.
