General Overview:
The Regional Operations Supervisor is accountable for overseeing the daily performance of all ProCare OnSite Specialists within the designated region. This role emphasizes customer interaction and collaboration with the Sales team to enhance and expand the ProCare business.

Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervises the ProCare OnSite Specialists.

Responsibilities include the recruitment of new personnel, conducting performance assessments, facilitating career growth, approving time cards, assigning overtime, and managing corrective actions.

Provides coaching, development, and leadership to all Specialists in the assigned area.
Collaborates with Endoscopy sales representatives to promote support for Specialists, foster strong customer relationships, and drive growth in the ProCare business.
Engages with customers (Administrators and Clinicians) regarding the performance metrics of OnSite Specialists.
Assists in the onboarding of new accounts with a focus on Specialist performance.
Responsible for talent acquisition and interviewing.

Prepares monthly reports for the Regional Service Manager detailing regional performance, activities, and headcount. Ensures timely completion of SLMS assignments for all Specialists.

Works with the Operations Associate to manage coverage for sick and vacation days.
Monitors employee attendance.
Responsible for drafting performance and merit evaluations.
Travel may require up to 75% overnight stays. Adheres to all policies and procedures outlined in the Sales code of conduct.
Collaborates with the Regional Manager to understand the Regional Profit and Loss statements.

Qualifications/Requirements:


Preferred experience includes at least 1 year in an Operating Room environment within a service-oriented role. A minimum of 5 years with Stryker ProCare or a related field is desired, along with 3 years of prior management experience.

A Bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on marketing or a related field is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Exerting up to 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently to move objects.

Must be capable of reviewing printed materials.
Proficient in using computer applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Must have access to Stryker VPN.
Ability to utilize I-Expense for expense reporting.
Must effectively communicate with large groups and over the phone.
Proficient in using standard office equipment (e.g., calculator, PC, fax machine, etc.). Capable of generating and explaining detailed forecasts, guidelines, and procedures.
Must be able to identify and correct minor inconsistencies (e.g., in printed materials, product appearance, etc.).
Demonstrates excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Exhibits effective managerial skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
Possesses strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Requires near visual acuity, corrected color vision, and, if necessary, corrected auditory capabilities, along with mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
