Job Title: Regional Field Marketing Representative Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Field Marketing Representative Manager to join our team at Restaurant Depot. As a Regional Field Marketing Representative Manager, you will be responsible for developing new accounts and providing effective supervision, guidance, and motivation of other field marketing representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a highly disciplined and metric-driven sales process.
  • Provide accurate sales forecast and activity metrics.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries, remotely and in real time where possible, and conduct walk-in and scheduled visits with prospective clients.
  • Recruit, interview, hire & train exceptional specialty marketing representatives.
  • Work with all departments to support the sales effort through coaching and training and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Seven plus years of sales experience (food service industry preferred) proven track record of sales achievements in a regional or national organization.
  • Desire to provide the highest level of customer service by addressing customer concerns and identifying customer needs/wants. You must be enthusiastic, self-driven, have strong presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written).
  • Ability to manage time efficiently. Excellent attention to details and follow up skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any previous experience in a supermarket, club warehouse, big box or mass merchandising environment is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Have own vehicle.
