Role Overview
">Synopsis As a key member of our team, the Senior Marketing Manager, North America will be responsible for driving our regional marketing strategy and execution across North America. This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and shared success. Our goal is to increase brand awareness and build a strong marketing pipeline in North America through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with global business objectives.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth and support revenue targets.
  • Take a hands-on approach to all aspects of marketing, ensuring both strategic direction and tactical execution are achieved.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure seamless integration.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to be both strategic and hands-on, with a track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly with sales teams, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Experience in partner marketing, with the ability to develop and execute joint go-to-market programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
