Key Qualifications: Proven industry experience, capable of navigating complex project landscapes; advanced educational background is a plus.

The selected candidate will provide Project Management expertise to facilitate the successful execution of various programs within the Security domain.

  • Guide the Project Management process throughout all project phases
  • Oversee project execution, leading and directing the efforts of team members aligned with project objectives
  • Act as Scrum Master for agile projects, steering the team through complete execution
  • Manage all deliverables related to Scrum and conduct necessary ceremonies
  • Eliminate obstacles hindering the team's delivery capabilities
  • Provide regular project updates as per the guidelines set by the Project Management Team
  • Comply with established Project Management Methodologies and Standards
  • Create essential Project Management documentation (e.g., Project Charter, Project Plan)
  • Ensure readiness and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Verify that all change management requirements are met
  • Organize and lead project meetings (e.g., status updates, issue resolution)
  • Manage project scope based on input from key stakeholders
  • Guarantee the quality of project outputs by collaborating with stakeholders and the project team
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the project
  • Oversee all project workstreams
  • Report progress to management and stakeholders
  • Establish a communication rhythm for updates (e.g., emails, reports, meetings)

  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendor stakeholders
  • Stay informed about vendor activities and their impact on project deliverables
