Job Description

The Parts Counter Specialist plays a vital role in supporting our parts and service operations at Future CDJR of Concord. This experienced and hardworking individual will be responsible for selling parts to customers, both in-store and over the phone, while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret the parts catalog to assist customers in selecting required parts.
  • Pull purchases from stock and submit orders for parts not in stock.
  • Answer phone calls and provide price quotes and other information to customers.
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up.
  • Verify will call and back order files weekly and return to vendors.
  • Solicit assigned accounts by phone and provide the same high level of service to other dealership departments.
