At Shannon Health, we are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver professional complex services to patients and their families within an interdisciplinary team setting.
Education:
* Master's degree in Social Work is required.
* High school diploma is also required.
Experience:
* 2 years of experience in social work services is preferred.
* 2 years of experience in counseling is preferred.
Certification & Licensures:
* Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
* SAFE Approach Level III is required.
* Must be current in the State of Texas.
