Role Responsibilities:

As a production runner, your primary duties will involve operating vehicles (either rented or personal) during show days.

  • Key responsibilities include transporting crew members to and from airports, as well as shuttling them to hotels before, during, and after events.
  • Acquiring various supplies and materials needed for the tour from local retailers.
  • Coordinating meal orders for the crew post-events with nearby restaurants.
  • Managing laundry services for the tour.
  • Assisting with various tasks on-site at the venue, such as signage setup, catering support, and kitchen assistance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and submission of a DMV record.
  • Able to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Familiarity with the local area and retail locations is advantageous.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work in environments with moderate to high noise levels.
  • Perform job duties in various weather conditions.
