Marketing Associate Job Description

Avior is seeking a talented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and supporting our overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and more.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials, showcasing your creativity and writing skills.
  • Campaign Performance Monitoring: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to optimize results.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the design and product teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and product launches, helping to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • CRM and Email Marketing Management: Maintain and update the company's CRM and email marketing platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Marketing Reporting and Presentations: Assist in the preparation of marketing reports and presentations, providing valuable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, including internships.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing, familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
