Key Responsibilities:- Direct nursing care within our facility, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and care.
- Delegate responsibilities to nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Assume care for selected IVF patients, assessing their needs and delivering personalized care.
- Act as a resource and support for nursing staff, providing ongoing clinical education and care for complex patients.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sterility of back offices, including exam rooms and equipment.
- Initiate emergency response teams as needed, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Oversee the ordering of supplies and maintenance of exam rooms, working within budget to ensure efficiency.
- Assist with clinical staff caseloads and provide relief during vacations and illnesses.
- Maintain and oversee records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Valid RN license
- Experience working with electronic medical records
- High level of customer service essential
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position
