Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct nursing care within our fertility treatment center, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
  • Delegate responsibilities to nursing staff, providing ongoing clinical education and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, sonographers, and other medical providers to ensure seamless care coordination and efficient treatment delivery.
  • Oversee the maintenance of aseptic technique, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate emergency response teams as needed, providing critical care and support to patients in emergency situations.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures as required, ensuring accurate and timely blood sampling.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the efficient operation of exam rooms and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Work closely with the nursing staff to ensure effective caseload management, providing support and relief during vacations and illnesses.
  • Maintain accurate records, including medication logs, patient logs, and refrigerator logs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Valid RN license and experience working with electronic medical records.
  • High level of customer service and a self-starter mentality.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position, with IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health a plus.
