We are seeking an experienced Parts Sales Specialist to enhance our team.

Parts Sales Specialists play a vital role in our operations by delivering exceptional service to our clients, accurately referencing part numbers, and efficiently processing orders. They also assist the service department, ensuring that we can promptly source and secure parts necessary for job completion. Efficient access to parts is crucial for representing our customers' best interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, price, and procure parts for on-highway diesel trucks, off-highway, and mining machinery.
  • Process requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other inventory items and distribute them to technicians.
  • Manage customer orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Travel to local suppliers to collect parts and materials for orders.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

  • Understanding of inventory management processes along with shipping and receiving protocols.
  • Commitment to maintaining a standard work schedule.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience with computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
