About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Specialty Sales Team Leader to join our team at Target. As a Specialty Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants in providing exceptional guest service and driving sales growth in our specialty departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales consultants in providing guest service and driving sales growth in specialty departments
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve guest experience
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
