Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to join our team at IMSolutions. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing large projects in complex organizations, crossing multiple business units with stakeholders with diverse and conflicting needs. This will require complex reporting and communication at the agency and executive levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to visualize and articulate complex concepts and solve complex problems.
  • Extensive knowledge of Integrative Acquisition Environment and DOD acquisition system policies and procedures.
  • Providing expert technical advice, staff coordination, and consultation to formulate guidelines, implement new developments, and provide expert interpretation.
  • Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to give formal presentations to diverse audiences.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated, quick, and assertive.
  • Highly detailed oriented and organized, with exceptional time management skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and comfortable with dynamic environments' change and complexity.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business. One year of related work experience may be substituted for each year of required education.
  • Ten (10) years of experience in project management in large-sized projects in complex organizations, crossing multiple business units with stakeholders with diverse and conflicting needs, requiring complex reporting and communication at the agency and executive levels.
  • Five (5) years of experience or understanding of Project Management, Estimation, and Planning, the procurement field in the public and/or private sector and implementing ERP solutions in the public and/or private sector.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Project Management in DoD/Military Health Systems-related areas.
  • Five (5) years of experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution.
  • Knowledge of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
  • Must be proficient in using the Microsoft suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree (ten years of experience may be substituted with an Advanced Degree)
Compensation and Benefits

$105,000 to $125,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and location.
