Job Overview

This position is contingent on the award of a federal contract.

IMSolutions seeks a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst (Acquisition Systems) to support the federal government in Falls Church, VA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large projects in complex organizations, crossing multiple business units with stakeholders with diverse and conflicting needs.
  • Develop and implement complex reporting and communication strategies at the agency and executive levels.
  • Provide expert technical advice, staff coordination, and consultation to formulate guidelines, implement new developments, and provide expert interpretation.
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of Integrative Acquisition Environment and DOD acquisition system policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management in large-sized projects in complex organizations, crossing multiple business units with stakeholders with diverse and conflicting needs.
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management, Estimation, and Planning, the procurement field in the public and/or private sector, and implementing ERP solutions in the public and/or private sector.
  • 5 years of experience in Project Management in DoD/Military Health Systems-related areas.
  • 5 years of experience with IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution.
  • Knowledge of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft suite of applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree (10 years of experience may be substituted with an Advanced Degree).
Compensation and Benefits

$105,000 to $125,000 - Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and location.
