Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking an Office Operations Specialist to join our team at Preferred Utilities Manufacturing Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support for various projects, including billing, order entry, service billing, inventory control, and customer follow-up.
Job Description:The Office Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects by managing billing, order entry, service billing, inventory control, schedule coordination, and customer follow-up.
Responsibilities:- Manage billing, order entry, service billing, and inventory control processes.
- Monitor project schedules and work with the Project Manager to identify milestones.
- Keep projects on track by ensuring all deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in related field a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with project management software and ERP systems is a plus.
Salary: $68,000 - $78,000 per year, depending on experience.
