Job Overview

Tiger Analytics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our Sales and Account Management Team, you will play a crucial role in driving our revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and lead generation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles, preferably in Analytics/DE/MLE/DS/BI Services.
  • Significant experience working with US clients and Strategic Partners.
  • Experience selling Analytics and Big Data solutions to US Fortune 500 companies.
  • Willingness to travel at short notice and frequently.
  • Track record in achieving ambitious sales and growth targets.
  • Ability to develop and win analytics work with large enterprise clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building and management skills.
  • Results-oriented, innovative, and energetic team player.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Cross-cultural and on-shore, off-shore model experience.
  • Prior experience & comfort with CRM-Sales-Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Should be able to learn and deliver results quickly. Excellent team player.
  • Should be able to develop innovative ideas to suit the needs of a fast-growing and changing business.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Engineering, Math, or Statistics).
