Job Summary:

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at SR COMPANIES LLC, you will play a vital role in promoting our core values and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Director of Sales in planning and developing sales functions, preparing and implementing quality action plans, and conducting community tours. You will also be responsible for responding to prospect inquiries, demonstrating excellent customer service skills, and ensuring clear and accurate communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Sales in planning and developing sales functions and programs.
  • Prepare and implement quality action plans with approval from the Chief Marketing Officer.
  • Conduct community tours and respond to prospect inquiries.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and ensure clear and accurate communication.
  • Monitor expenditures weekly to ensure compliance with department budgeted monthly amounts.
  • Plan and host special sales events at the community or other venues.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inquiry/lead database.
  • Review and update the quarterly action plan on a quarterly basis to meet changing needs of the community.
  • Achieve all occupancy goals as established by the Executive Director.
  • Visit each area of the community daily to ensure areas are clean, safe, and project the appropriate atmosphere/image for residents, family members, and visitors.
  • Responsible for all closings, process appropriate move-in paperwork, and notify and disperse such paperwork to appropriate departments.
  • Ensure that resident rooms are move-in ready prior to scheduled move-in.
  • Ensure that only approved designs are used in advertisements and marketing collaterals.
  • Responsible for creating and ensuring availability of appreciation gifts for professional development visits, in-house hours, and move-in baskets.
  • Assist the Director of Sales as needed with entering updates into Yardi.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests for assistance by directing them to the appropriate department head.
  • Know, understand, and follow established policy and procedures in emergency situations.
  • Act as essential personnel, especially during emergencies.
  • Wear clean and appropriate dress per established policy always.
  • Understand and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Practice good body mechanics and safe working habits always.
  • Take the initiative in work, seek out additional information, and offer solutions/suggestions.
  • Perform all other reasonable duties as assigned or as requested.
  • Take on special projects or assignments outside of regular duties willingly.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Office 365 and Yardi. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
