Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate who is passionate about health and wellness and has a desire to share that passion with others. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, providing product recommendations, and generating sales. You will also have the opportunity to work with store management to open, close, and operate a retail store, including cash handling, inventory count, and deposits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and make recommendations based on product knowledge and customer needs
  • Generate sales and meet personal sales and productivity goals
  • Work with store management to maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with company procedures
  • Complete omni-channel orders timely and accurately
  • Stay up-to-date on product information, advertising, promotions, and other marketing initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Passion for health and wellness
  • Self-motivated and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
