  • Recognize needs for equipment upgrades and schedule installations of new vending machines to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support company programs and branch goals to drive business success.
  • Monitor inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints within 24 hours to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of the branch.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle.
  • Previous vending experience is preferred.
  • Previous management experience is required.
  • Ability to manage financials and achieve goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers.
  • Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving history.
