We're seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. - Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14
- Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
- Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers
- Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success
Requirements
- A positive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient Computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.)
- A variety of skills and experiences
- A high school diploma or GED
