About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our innovative team at Jobot. This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, design, and implement mechanical components and systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct load calculations to determine system requirements and design specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to develop and implement efficient processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise.
  • Ensure all designs and processes adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Continually evaluate mechanical engineering practices and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new strategies as required.
  • Participate in project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
  • Possession of a valid Professional Engineering License.
  • Proficient in conducting load calculations and designing MEP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
  • Proficient in using CAD software for designing mechanical components and systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and industry best practices.
