Job Description

At Della Infotech, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical inspections to ensure that all quality aspects of the job are met exactly.
  • Inspect raw materials, components, fabricated/manufactured parts & assemblies, and generate detailed inspection and nonconformance reports as necessary.
  • Measure complex components, assemblies, and enclosures, and check documents for accuracy and compliance to requirements.
  • Audit Quality Control process/programs to ensure compliance to standards, and interface with other departments, suppliers, and customers on quality-related issues as necessary.
  • Develop inspection techniques and train Level 1 inspectors, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/equivalent, with some technician coursework/AA degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years working in a production environment in the same and/or related industry, with experience working in a clean room environment preferred.
  • ASQ (American Standard of Quality) certification preferred.
Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a manufacturing environment, with physical demands including the ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp. The ability to stand for sustained periods of time and exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up-to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or up-to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects is also required.

Overnight travel may be required for training and meetings.
