As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Yotta Energy, you will lead and coordinate the product development team through the UL certification process, ensuring all products meet UL certification requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product regulatory standards and lead the development of an ISO 9000 compliant Quality system, culture, and infrastructure.

Expertise and Guidance

You will serve as the subject matter expert on UL standards, providing guidance to the team on compliance issues. You will also serve as the subject matter expert on design and production Quality standards, providing guidance to the team on compliance issues.

Quality Performance and Regulatory Compliance

You will monitor and analyze delivered quality performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance product delivered quality. You will interface with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to ensure timely approval of products, execution of audits, and resolve any corrective actions identified.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Quality engineer, Certification engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • UL certification and in-depth knowledge of UL standards and certification processes.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action.
  • Familiarity with product development, certification, manufacturing, and common problem-solving methodologies.
