The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Governance Senior Analyst to join our Information Governance team. This role will play a critical part in coordinating the firm's information governance operations, including file management, data access, and records retention. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of information management, security, and privacy principles and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective governance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement information governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and perform all aspects of information governance processes, including file intakes, releases, destructions, and data access procedures.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to firm personnel on information governance matters, including data security and privacy.
  • Collaborate with the Information Governance team to develop and implement effective records retention procedures and ensure compliance with firm policies.
  • Protect and maintain sensitive, confidential, and proprietary information in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of information governance, data security, and privacy principles, best practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex information governance concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in information governance, records management, or a related field.
