Key Responsibilities:- Install and repair security fencing, gates, and bollards
- Operate a variety of powered equipment, including skid steers, forklifts, and trenchers
- Work cooperatively with other crew members to accomplish daily work plans
- Conduct inspections of equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure safety and proper operation
- Unload material arriving at job sites and set up traffic control devices
- Minimum three years of experience as a construction tradesperson
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Pass a background check and drug test to access military installations and controlled areas
- Experience operating powered equipment and installing security fencing and gates is preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds to waist level
- Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and have full use of hands, fingers, and arms
- 85% or more travel, typically for two to three weeks at a time to project sites across the United States
- Employee will be given a company credit card for approved expenses and a fixed per diem to offset meals and expenses
- Hands-on training opportunities are available to augment skills and increase proficiency with physical security infrastructure equipment
- Full-time/hourly position ($25-$29 per hour based on experience, with ample overtime)
- 80% of work performed on Federal job sites that may pay higher wages based on location
- Matching 401K (100% match up to 4% of pay)

- Eligibility for annual performance bonus
