Account Representative Job Description

Kendall Group, a leading provider of electrical and automation products, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new accounts and grow existing customer relationships through proactive sales efforts
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and polite manner, assessing their needs and providing solutions
  • Stay knowledgeable on current and evolving product offerings to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and product expert teams to provide customers with relevant marketing material and support
  • Manage estimation of quotes, answer questions about products, credit terms, warranties, and delivery expectations

Requirements:

  • 2 years' of tele-sales or inside selling experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
