Our salary ranges reflect our sincere effort to offer competitive pay based on the ideal candidate's experience and qualifications, as well as compliance with state and local wage laws.

It is uncommon for a new hire to start at or near the top of the salary range.

Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, performance, business needs, and internal equity.

The current salary range for this position is $20 - $22, subject to change by Clarks at any time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store leadership to foster a thriving sales culture.
- Support a team-oriented selling environment.
- Engage in all aspects of store recruitment.
- Train, coach, and mentor all store associates within a defined timeframe.
- Assist in setting ambitious yet achievable goals for yourself and the team, ensuring adequate staffing to meet store objectives.
- Address all employee relations matters in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Participate in the analysis of the Profit and Loss statement.
- Lead change initiatives and advocate for company objectives.
- Ensure proper merchandising of products according to company guidelines.
- Safeguard the well-being of associates and customers.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:
- Previous retail experience.
- Prior management experience.
