Job Title: Senior Retail Sales Associate

AutoZone is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Senior Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales through superior customer service, exceeding customer expectations, and providing a WOW Customer Service experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Operate cash registers and follow established cash handling procedures.
  • Follow company policies and loss prevention procedures.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
  • Ensure store appearance and merchandising standards are maintained.
  • Restock merchandise and maintain product knowledge and current promotions.
  • Utilize ZNET to help customers locate merchandise or find suitable alternatives.
  • Diagnose automobile problems and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate with managers regarding customer concerns and employee matters.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
