Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (a college degree is preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in a Long-Term Care billing setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a quick aptitude for learning new software

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Texas HMO claims with 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Report any concerns or suggestions for improvement to management
- Update patient demographic data and initiate necessary account adjustments
- Aim to resolve account balances to zero before they reach collections
- Demonstrate effective leadership and management skills in a long-term care environment
