Automotive Acquisition Consultant
Full-Time Position: 5-Day Work Week

Overview
Engages with clients interested in selling their current vehicles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Interacting with incoming clients.
  • Evaluating vehicles brought to the dealership.
  • Managing all Auto Trader inquiries.
  • Handling all Kelly Blue Book CASH offer inquiries.
  • Updating the CRM system with current leads.
  • Offering test drives to all potential clients while adhering to dealership identification protocols.
  • Utilizing the dealership's follow-up system.
  • Demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Setting personal income objectives aligned with dealership productivity standards and formulating strategies to achieve them.
  • Participating in sales training sessions as directed by management.
  • Maintaining a prospect development system.
  • Reviewing daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly activities to enhance time management and planning.
  • Upholding a professional appearance.
  • Assessing and managing lease returns.
  • Overseeing inventory.
  • Handling repair orders and details.
  • Providing vehicle descriptions and managing certification labels.

Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
At least 1 year of experience in a dealership environment.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $80,000 per year, inclusive of commission and bonuses
