Job Title: Automotive Acquisition Specialist

Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram is a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group, a leading provider of automotive sales and service on Long Island. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with consumers interested in selling their current vehicles.
  • Appraise vehicles brought into the store, utilizing industry-standard pricing guides.
  • Manage all Auto Trader leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Manage all Kelly Blue Book CASH offer leads, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Update the CRM tool with current prospects, maintaining accurate records.
  • Offer test drives to all prospects, adhering to dealership procedures.
  • Utilize the dealership follow-up system, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, exceeding expectations.
  • Set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards, devising strategies to achieve them.
  • Participate in sales training courses, as directed by management, to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a prospect development system, identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Evaluate daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly actions to improve time management and planning.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to dealership standards.
  • Appraise and handle lease returns, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Manage inventory, maintaining optimal levels.
  • Handle ROs (Repair Orders) and details, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Provide vehicle descriptions and manage certification labels, ensuring accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 2+ years of previous experience
  • 1 year of dealership setting experience
