This executive will be accountable for managing internal information systems and ensuring seamless integration across all operational departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and upkeep of data recovery and imaging systems, as well as RF network connections.
  • Assess hardware and software needs, providing informed recommendations.
  • Guarantee adherence to all operational and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct continuous operational assessments, adjusting processes and equipment to maximize IT resource availability.
  • Coordinate IT projects aimed at updating and maintaining technological infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and refine procedures and operations of various computer-based information systems.
  • Ensure the ongoing availability of IT resources through proactive monitoring and management.
  • Design and implement local area network systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure optimal functioning of information systems, facilitating effective interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as required.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit strong leadership and motivational capabilities, engaging with various staff levels, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage team development through recruitment, orientation, and training, while fostering a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with New Casino Openings is essential.
  • Expertise in Gaming Cybersecurity is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of direct IT experience.
  • Proficiency in O365/M365 applications, including One Drive and Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of networking principles, including Layer 2 and 3 networking, VLANs, routing, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with VOiP phone systems.
  • Understanding of Point of Sale systems.
  • Experience in PC hardware setup, configuration, and support.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving desktop system issues.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Windows Operating Systems support.
  • Skilled in Office 365 Administration, including Azure AD and Exchange Online.
  • Knowledge of virus control software applications.
  • Experience in supporting data communications infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Licenses and Certifications:

Must successfully complete a background investigation to obtain and maintain a gaming license as mandated by the Gaming Agency.
