Job Summary:

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Analyst to support a Marine Corps Systems Command program office in developing metrics and measures to monitor and support integration activities and milestone events of the Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Acquisition SME Task Lead in providing program and acquisition management services at the portfolio level.
  • Develop reports and illustrate areas for improvement of program activities and events employing a SharePoint Dashboard.
  • Lead a Junior Data Analyst and provide vision, strategy, direction, oversight, and quality control of task-level performance.
  • Empower every individual to succeed in achieving exceptional customer outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Ten years of DoD program analysis experience of increasing complexity in recent information technology environments and programs.
  • Experience in the direct supervision of professionals in program and acquisition management, including logistics, finance, contracts, and engineering, IT, data, and other DoD acquisition command professional service requirements.
  • Strong verbal communication to effectively express concepts, plans, and proposals.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to initiate plans, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook).

Education and Security:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Requires the applicant to pass the security clearance requirement for the position. Eligibility requirements include US citizenship.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen.
  • Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner.
