We are seeking an experienced professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can work closely with our Vice President of Service Delivery, Account Manager, Medical Assistant, Provider, and Client HR Team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Social Work Degree and knowledge of the concepts and principles of case management.

We offer a competitive salary range of $62,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
