- Manage a team of scholars, researchers, and operational staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

- Proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in a research or policy organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Experience in managing teams and leading organizational change.
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving impact and results.
- A competitive salary range of $325,000 - $405,000 annually.
