About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Risk Manager to join our Private Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and retaining an existing book of personal lines clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and advise clients on potential risks and exposures
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and growth of their business
  • Negotiate quotations with underwriters and evaluate clients' needs
  • Proactively manage book of business and develop healthy relationships to retain accounts
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years knowledge of insurance industry, laws, products, coverages, and markets
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance company markets and conditions, binding authority, procedures, and underwriting guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
  • Ability to be a self-starter, problem solver with good time management skills and the ability to be organized and meet deadlines
