Customer Support Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Analyst to join our team. As a Customer Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via email and phone. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Help customers set up accounts online
  • Enter important case data into the CRM system
  • Become an expert in our product
  • Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions for customer issues

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience in customer support
  • Previous call center experience
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently
  • Organized, attention to detail, and team player
  • Ability to collaborate with others to resolve customer issues
