K2 Staffing is seeking a skilled Residential Electrician to join our team in Tampa, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential projects, from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute residential projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Lead a team of electricians on large projects, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement electrical systems for custom homes, including lighting control systems, whole house generators, and dock power.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless project experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical trade.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential electrical work, specifically custom homes.
- Ability to effectively manage a team of electricians on large projects.
- Journeyman card preferred (years of experience in lieu of card may be considered).
- Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record.
- Clean criminal background check & ability to pass a drug test.
- Neat and professional appearance.
- Troubleshooting experience is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
